In order to prolong the quality of "Zera" bag, we recommend protecting it from the rain, avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun and protecting leather pieces by waterproofing them.
When not using them, do not hesitate to fill your basket with balls of paper newspaper to help it retain its original shape and protect the baskets from sun and dust using a cotton bag.

Products returned without labels or products that are not in the same condition as they were received, may risk depreciation.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will send a confirmation by e-mail, and we will refund the amount to the payment card you paid with. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping.
